Reflections in Focus

Reflections in Focus is a four-part mindfulness and gallery-observation series inviting participants to encounter Ming Smith’s photography through intentional attention. Movement, relational care, and embodied awareness. Each session pairs an accessible mindfulness practice with sustained observation of selected works, reflective writing, and a simple invitation participants can carry into daily life. Across the series, participants explore what becomes visible when they pause, how they move through the world, what it means to see and be seen with care, and how experience continues to resonate within the body.
