The history of food is a rich tapestry that reflects human evolution, cultural practices, and technological advancements, spanning from early foraging to modern culinary innovations. The way food has evolved is a reflection of human ingenuity and adaptability. From the earliest days of foraging to the complexities of modern diets, food continues to play a central role in culture, health, and society. 

To appreciate the diverse culinary practices that exist today and their roots in our shared past we're taking a trip into the past to experience some of the foods our ancestors prepared and consumed. Come visit us at Waterford Beach on October 10th during Harvest Fest. We will be cooking and serving delicious food our ancestry enjoyed so many years ago! We will try to post the menu as the date gets closer - if the chefs share their secrets!
