Sunday, January 18th, 11AM – 4AM with opening remarks at 1PM where we will also be announcing the winners of MIXMASTER 2026. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Come see the work of the Mattatuck Museum’s artist members! This exhibition showcases the winners of the 11th annual MIXMASTER juried members’ competition. Works were selected by juror Laurel V. McLaughlin, PhD, the Curator and Director of the Collective Futures Fund at Tufts University Art Galleries.

Staff Favorites from the Mattatuck Collection

Hear from the people that know the collection the best! This exhibition features a wide range of objects drawn entirely from the Museum’s collection, each selected by a staff member and accompanied by their individual commentary. Including an array of paintings, prints, historical objects, and more, Staff Favorites from the Mattatuck Collection brings old and new favorites out of storage. The descriptions written by staff members bring fresh perspectives to these objects and offer insight into each person’s unique interests and opinions.
