7TH ANNUAL SCARECROW CONTEST

October 1-30

Individuals, families, businesses, sports teams and community organizations are invited to participate in our 7th Annual Scarecrow Contest. Adopt a Fairfield Hills Lamp Post of your choice during the month of October, (first-come, first-served). Build your own unique scarecrow and affix it to your adopted lamp post (you can pick up your number card at our office). You can work on your scarecrow from October 1-23.  The community is invited to vote for their favorite scarecrow from October 24-29.  The winner will be announced on October 30. Winners have a chance to win a Summer 2027 Family Pool & Beach Membership Pass or assorted tier prizes donated by local businesses. The Scarecrow Contest application is available for download on our website; complete and mail it to us or bring it to our office by Thursday, October 22.
