Each session will conclude with 10 minutes of soothing guided meditation, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Depending on the weather conditions, yoga sessions will take place outdoors on the serene and beautiful grounds of the Earthplace nature sanctuary. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
