Movie Series: Harriet

In honor of Black History Month, join us for a free showing of the 2019 film, Harriet. This is the first major motion picture about the extraordinary life of American hero and abolitionist, Harriet Tubman. Beginning with her escape from slavery, the film depicts some of the daring trips Tubman made along the Underground Railroad to liberate hundreds of slaves. Watch the Harriet trailer here. The movie begins promptly at 6:30pm in Slater Auditorium.
