Join W. Scott Peterson, M.D., as he explores the symbolic significance of Navajo landscapes in the art of Fritz Scholder. Although not Navajo himself, Scholder’s work frequently incorporates Navajo imagery and themes. The presentation will connect specific landscape features, illustrated with compelling photographs, to Navajo creation myths and history.
Pre-registration is suggested due to limited spots.
