We’re bringing the excitement of the races straight to the brewery with live coverage of the Derby on the big screen, plus a full afternoon of festive fun. Get ready for our fan-favorite Derby Dash, classic games like horseshoes, kid-friendly crafts, and our always-entertaining Best Hat Competition. Whether you’re here for the bourbon, the races, or the fun, it’s going to be a party worth placing your bets on!

Derby Dash
Get ready to dash for the roses in our live-action Derby Dash—a larger-than-life version of the classic board game, brought to life right on the production floor of Area Two! Join us for multiple high-energy heats as players race their way to victory in this one-of-a-kind activation. Winners of each heat will score a Two Roads Golden Ticket, earning them a spot in the final round where they’ll compete for the grand prize: a luxurious one-night stay at Mohegan Sun plus a $200 food and beverage voucher to enjoy at the casino, courtesy of Mohegan Sun Digital. Think you’ve got what it takes to take the lead? Step up and race your way to glory! Sign-ups will take place the day of the event on the production floor. Best Hat Competition
Dust off your fanciest fascinator or boldest brim and strut your stuff in our Best Hat Competition! Whether you’re going for classic Southern charm or over-the-top Derby flair, this is your moment to shine. Show off your style and creativity for a chance to win the coveted Two Roads Golden Ticket, awarded to the most show-stopping hat of the day. Judging will take place during the party, so bring your A-game and let your headwear do the talking!

Kid Craft Area
Bring the little ones along for some Derby Day fun in our dedicated Kid Craft Area, located in the Coolship Room at Area Two! Kids can get creative and decorate their very own horseshoe to take home as a lucky keepsake. We’ll provide all the craft supplies—just bring your imagination! It’s the perfect way for young party goers to join in the festivities while you enjoy the races, games, and bourbon.

Food and Drink Specials!
The bar will be pouring Mint Julips as well as other bourbon inspired specialty cocktails all day. And The Two Roads Food Hall + Bar will be serving a limited-edition menu, stay tuned for more information!

Bourbon Release Details
We made this bourbon according to tradition using corn, rye, and barley malt and aged it for 3.5 years in #3 and #4 char new American White Oak barrels. We aged our bourbon in our “rick house” where the seasonal temperature changes help create a high-quality bourbon entirely unique to Two Roads. $60 per bottle

Wait, there’s more! We are also releasing our Old-Fashioned Bourbon canned cocktail—crafted with premium whiskey, real cherry bitters, and a splash of citrus for a perfectly balanced sip. Crack one open and seize the night with bold flavor and classic style.
