Hole in the Wall Gang Camp Presents: Back To The Future: Honoring Yesterday, Celebrating Tomorrow Gala

The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp’s annual Fandango benefit Gala is back! This year’s event, “Back To The Future: Honoring Yesterday, Celebrating Tomorrow” will be on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in Ashford Conn. The annual Fandango Benefit Gala tradition that Founder Paul Newman began to support Camp programs has evolved over time, but the touchstone of the festivities remains – a variety show with campers performing musical numbers, families sharing inspirational stories and celebrity friends joining them center stage. The Fandango show returns to Hole in the Wall’s Theater, with a simulcast stream in Camp’s Dining Hall. Guests will enjoy an afternoon and evening filled with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, food trucks, interactive culinary stations, silent and live auctions, music, and more! The recipients of Camp’s 2026 Most Wanted Award will also be revealed.  

Legendary actor and visionary philanthropist Paul Newman founded Hole in the Wall in 1988 so children with serious illnesses could just be kids while finding fun, friendship, and hope. Hole in the Wall now provides “a different kind of healing” to thousands of children with serious illnesses and family members annually – all completely free of charge. Paul’s innovative spirit, creativity and playfulness remain at the heart of all Hole in the Wall programming.
