A History of LGBTQIA+ CT
For LGBTQIA+ PRIDE Month and America 250, the CT Museum of Culture and History will take us on a journey through artifacts to amplify the voices of queer folks through the years right here in Connecticut. Throughout its history, Connecticut’s LGBTQIA+ population has moved from leading hidden, solitary lives to claiming visible, powerful, valuable, and contributing places in society. Join us to explore the history of that experience: stories of oppression and resilience, tragedy and triumph.
