Garlic & Harvest Festival – Bethlehem

The 21st Annual Garlic & Harvest Festival returns to the Bethlehem Fairgrounds on October 10th & 11th. Enjoy garlic cooking demonstrations, handmade crafts, live music – and learn how to grow the world’s most popular spice/herb/vegetable at home. Garlic dips, spreads, cheeses, and oils will be available from specialty food vendors – most offering free samples to try before you buy. Head over to the food court featuring homemade roasted garlic sausage with peppers and onions, wood-fired garlic pizzas, garlic roast pork sandwiches, deep-fried garlic, garlic ice cream, and more. Rides and games for the kids, too (this event is not recommended for close talkers). Sorry, no dogs allowed at the fairgrounds.
