Farm-Crafted Father's Day Cocktail Class at Stone Acres Farm
Treat your dad to a journey through the wide world of Bourbon with acclaimed mixologist Chef Anthony Caporale as we celebrate the spirit's boundless versatility with the fresh botanicals of summer!
Participants will begin by exploring Bourbon's defining flavors, caramel, vanilla, toasted wood, then discover how delicate garden ingredients can transform classic cocktails into extraordinary elixirs. You'll work with fresh lilac blossoms, fragrant lemon balm, and farm-fresh mint, learning to muddle, infuse, and garnish these botanical treasures into drinks that will appeal to everyone from new Bourbon drinkers to long-time connoisseurs!
Using a selection of fine spirits provided by Spencer & Lynn Wine and Spirit Merchants, learn to make a Classic Mint Julep with Farm-Harvested Mint, a Fresh Lemon Balm Bourbon Sour, and a Lilac-Infused Bourbon Old Fashioned.
