A Family Friendly Mars Party Night Sky Adventure

Join TLGV and The Lebanon Historical Society for a family-friendly Mars Party. TLGV Lead Night Sky Rangers Geoff and Kim McLean will start showing us the planets with Saturn and Venus at 5 pm. As soon as it peaks over the horizon, we will then start viewing Mars. The red planet takes about 2.5 years to get close enough to view through a telescope here on Earth. This opportunity won’t come around again until 2027! At this very special night sky event you will have the chance to warm up, enjoy some hot chocolate and snacks while doing some space activities as you take a moment to warm up.
