CT Open House Day June 14th

Ct Open House Day is Sat. June 14, 11am-3pm. Everyone is invited to come to Norwich to experience History at 2 museums and a Burial Ground walk. Visit the Leffingwell House Museum for a FREE self-guided tour of the main floor of the museum. Visit with Jane in the Colonial Kitchen and enjoy the annual display of historic flags! Whole House tours available for $8. Last tour starts at 2pm. For more History, visit the Joseph Carpenter Silversmith Shop on the Norwichtown Green for a FREE self-guided tour, see the forge and our new clock and learn about life on the Green from Kesia Cleveland Jones who raised her family across from the Silversmith Shop! Then at 12 noon, join Dave Oat for an informative walk through the Colonial Burial Grounds of Norwichtown and learn about headstone art and the many interesting people buried there.
