Butterflies, Birds & Blossoms

FREE EVENT FOR ALL AGES! From caterpillar to chrysalis to emergence, the cycle of the butterfly is a wonder to behold! While the sky graces the flight of birds and butterflies, a healthy land is what keeps our pollinators thriving. And where is the best place to see undisturbed meadows, organic gardens and habitat protected for this fragile population? The CVH Animal Sanctuary!

Gather the family and join us for an outdoor adventure celebrating the native creatures and plants in our own backyard. Kids will be inspired by the amazing lineup of activities, crafts and presentations celebrating butterflies, birds, blossoms and so much more! Plus, it’s a rare opportunity to meet and learn from the top entomologists, ornithologists, and pollinator protection organizations in the state.

So, come on down to the sanctuary to enjoy a one-of-a-kind pollinator party and a chance to marvel at the natural environment all around us. And looking to add a new furry friend to your life? Meet the adorable adoptable animals from our featured pet rescue.
