

American Revolution Experience at the Oliver Ellsworth Homestead
The Abigail Wolcott Ellsworth Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution is excited to announce the opening of the American Revolution Experience at the Oliver Ellsworth Homestead in Windsor on Saturday, June 14. The innovative exhibition includes display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology and unique artifacts and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation. The exhibit was created through a collaboration between the American Battlefield Trust and the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution,
The exhibit, free to the public, at the Ellsworth Homestead, 778 Palisado Avenue, will be open on the following days: June 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, and 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Parking is free on site. Children are welcome with adults. No advance reservations are required.
