AMERICAN REVELRIES – A Blooming Quilt of Holidays and Traditions

Join the Wilton Garden Club for a festive flower show:  “AMERICAN REVELRIES — A Blooming Quilt of Holidays and Traditions!” at the Cannon Grange in Wilton, Friday, October 10, 2025, from 1:00 – 5:00 pm, and again on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. This event is free to the public, with a suggested donation of $15.

The Cannon Grange will be transformed by beautiful floral designs, hundreds of examples of blooms, buds, and branches from local gardens, educational exhibits, youth and senior displays, intriguing artistic crafts, and an amazing photography section. All entries will come directly from the gardens and talents of the Wilton Garden Club’s own members, members of the community.

The theme and staging of American Revelries celebrates the abundance and diversity of celebrations across the country. There are holidays and traditions of every imaginable stripe, from solemn (Veteran’s Day) to silly (Talk Like a Pirate Day); from fiery (July 4th) to furry (Groundhog Day). The American people have so many days and ways to observe the joys of harvesting and community, of gatherings to mark the transit of the season and the importance of love, family, and time together. Don’t forget to smile and enjoy “Walk Like a Chicken Day”! We look forward to seeing you there!
