America 250 Exhibits Open Sept-Dec

Come and learn about Southbury’s part in America’s War of Independence 250 Years ago! 

Many know of the major military operations conducted within marching distance of our town, but you might be surprised to learn how local citizens were engaged in action against (or with) the British Crown. Our town’s involvement in the struggle for our nation’s independence was not just on the battlefield.  Learn how the town and its people helped to save George Washington and the Continental Army.
