2025 Two Roads Brewing Igor's Dream Beer Release
Every year Two Roads honors Igor Sikorsky and his dream to take The Road Less Traveled. To celebrate 13 years of honoring Stratford’s aviation pioneer, Igor I. Sikorsky, Two Roads’ 2025 version of Igor’s Dream pays tribute to Igor’s arrival in New York in March of 1919. Fueled by his American Dream, he listed the reason for his immigration to the United States as “to construct large aircraft,” unaware of what was to come.
This year we are celebrating Igor I. Sikorsky with a lineup of events all week long.
Kick off the week with us on Tuesday, January 28th for our annual Igor’s Dream Dessert Pairing Event. This “dessert cocktail hour” offers an exclusive preview of our 2025 Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout varietals as well as delectable desserts, each crafted to pair specifically with one of this year’s offerings.

– 4oz tasters of our 2025 Igor’s Dream beer offerings and 2 oz neat pour of our 2025 Igor’s Whiskey

Then join us on Friday January 31st for a night of extraordinary flavors and bold innovations as Two Roads Brewing Company unveils a culinary and craft beer and spirits experience unlike any other. Step onto the Area Two production floor for a four-course dinner that pairs our legendary Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout and the debut of Igor’s Whiskey with dishes crafted to elevate your palate.

Join us on Saturday February 1st for the release day of our 2025 Igor's Dream Collection! We work closely with the Sikorsky Historical Archives yearly to create our labels and honor Igor Sikorsky. Make sure to stop by their table to learn about Igor and his dream of creating the helicopter. 10% of draft sales will be donated to the Sikorsky Historical Archives Museum!
2025 Igor’s Dream Varietals
Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon & Rye Barrels | $20/bottle
This “13th Flight” of Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout is aged in bourbon and rye whiskey barrels and then blended with 2023 & 2024 vintages of Igor’s Dream. The result is a complex and full-bodied masterpiece.
Igor’s Dream Black Forest Imperial Stout aged in Rum Barrels with Natural Flavors Added | $25/bottle
This “13th Flight” of Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout is aged in rum barrels and features notes of dark cocoa, coffee, cherry and dark red fruit. The result is a complex and full-bodied masterpiece.
Igor’s Dream Whiskey | $45/bottle
Introducing Igor’s Rarest Flight- Igor’s Dream Whiskey. Distilled from multiple vintages of Igor’s Dream Imperial Stout, this small batch whiskey was then aged in the same barrels used to age those very stouts. The result is a whiskey with an exceptional depth of character and rich dark chocolate notes.
