2025 Sunflowers for Wishes

Join the Buttonwood Farm and the Make A Wish Foundation of Connecticut for their annual Sunflowers for Wishes fundraiser! This year's event dates are July 19-27. 

Named by Better Homes & Gardens as one of the 11 most beautiful sunflower fields in the country, more than 300,000 sunflowers, on over 14 acres, are expected to bloom this year and will be available for purchase while supplies last. It is $3 per person entry to the cutting field and $3 per flower. Visitors can make a beautiful bouquet to take home, with all proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish Connecticut,  a non-profit organization dedicated to granting wishes to children with critical illnesses. 100% of proceeds of our sunflower sales are given directly to Make-A-Wish, as well as proceeds from our t-shirt sales, which feature a unique sunflower design each season.
