2025 New Canaan Village Fair & Sidewalk Sale

The Annual New Canaan Village Fair and Sidewalk Sale will be held over a two days in July.

On Friday July 18th New Canaan’s local merchants will kick off the fun by placing all of their great bargains on the sidewalk out in front of their stores, this gives the “early bird” shoppers a chance to check out the best deals. This two-day Event is generously sponsored by William Raveis Real Estate – New Canaan.

On Saturday July 19th our local merchants will move out to the street and be joined by close to 100 other vendors and organizations from all over Fairfield County on Elm, Main and Forest Streets. A family friendly pedestrian mall is created by closing these streets to vehicles so you can come and shop with ease. Come for the Bargains stay for the Music, Food, and Entertainment. School of Rock and Town Band will be playing at the South/Elm intersection. The New Canaan YMCA will be hosting a Family Entertainment area at the Elm/Main Intersection and you may even get a glimpse of Santa Claus in his summer attire!

Friday July 18th 9:00 am – 4:00 pm New Canaan Stores on the Sidewalk

Saturday July 19th 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on 100 + Vendors on Elm, Main and Forest Streets.

Parking is free all day in legal spots on the streets and in the municipal lots.
