10th Annual NICE Festival!
The Norwalk NICE Festival is Connecticut's premier multicultural celebration, bringing together the global heritage, art, music, and flavors that make Norwalk one of the most vibrant communities in the state. Now in its 10th year, the festival was founded in 2016 with a simple but powerful idea: unite all cultures in a single day of love and belonging.
Join us Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 12 Noon to 8 PM at Oyster Shell Park in Norwalk — free and open to all.
Spread across two stages, the day-long event features more than 24 live performances spanning Reggae, Rock, Latin, Rhythm & Blues, Folk, and world music, alongside cultural dance traditions rooted in Flamenco, African, Asian, Latin, Garifuna, Balinese, and more. With 50+ vendors offering international cuisines, arts and crafts, and community services, there's something for every member of the family to discover and enjoy.
The Norwalk International Cultural Exchange (NICE) is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting awareness of global diversity through arts and culture. Its mission is to encourage people of all backgrounds to explore each other's traditions and customs — building deeper understanding, appreciation, and a stronger sense of community. Unity through community. This is the Power of NICE.
